DH Massage Therapy

A Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist I practice from locations in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and Paignton, South Devon. I am an experienced practitioner qualified since 1999 trained to BTEC Level 5 standard and a member of the SMA - The association for soft tissue therapists.

My particular interest is in the treatment and management of chronic soft tissue dysfunction which is often the cause of ongoing pain and reduced mobility. Although many clients visit for maintenance treatments, to keep themselves conditioned or to enjoy a more relaxing massage.

My aim is to reduce your pain significantly within one to six treatments. Where I feel that I am not likely to be able to achieve this I will discuss further options with you and help you find a solution that works for you - this may include referral to other professionals such as an Osteopath, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist.

I take regular further training and most recently I have trained to use specific fascial release technique
